What does the District Office in Będzin say about temperature measurement gates?

In December 2020, the County Office in Będzin purchased 4 temperature measurement gates from us. We decided to talk about their use with Patryk Trybulec - Head of the Department of Health and Non-Governmental Organizations. We found out that half of the gates were installed in the buildings of the District Office, and the rest, as part of the loan, went to the subordinate hospital.

It turned out that the gates not only measure the body temperature of people entering. Mr. Patryk Trybulec indicated that they help in controlling access and controlling the queue that forms in front of the office - especially at the department of communication and geodesy, where there are a lot of applicants. He also pointed out that they relieve the staff who had previously measured the temperature manually with an ordinary thermometer, thus exposing themselves to close contact with another person. Now the work has been greatly improved.

We asked the warden if the use of temperature gates does not increase queues and slow down work. In response, we heard that the device was successfully placed in the place of access control for office customers and employees. The headman confirmed that it works very efficiently, the employee comes up, puts his hand and moves on. The porter or the controlling person observes the procedure from a distance, and previously had to approach each petitioner individually. It was definitely more tedious.

We also asked if there were any difficulties starting the device and asked for feedback about the product. The warden reported only a temporary problem with the power supply during the installation. He pointed out that it would be worth introducing the ability to rotate the display, which could further improve the use. Finally, he pointed out that the gate is still operating as a preventive measure and relieves the staff.
